Pass the casinos, cross the CA state line, and continue on US-50 for about one mile to hotel on right across the street from Safeway.

Winter driving conditions can be hazardous with chain laws often in effect, making the shuttles a popular option. Getting around: Guests often walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. A BlueGo bus stop is located at the hotel. Also, the nearby ski areas of Heavenly and Sierra Tahoe offer complimentary skier shuttles that pick up at the adjacent BlueGo stop. Alternative transportation makes rental cars necessary only for travel to other areas around Lake Tahoe. During the summer season bikes are popular, and the area offers numerous bike paths.
